   Hough Green ward surgery.

  Phil also shares a ward surgery with other Hough Green councillors on a rotation basis,
  on the third Thursday of each month, at the Upton Community Centre, Hough Green Rd.
  7.30pm - 8.30pm.
 
  Working in partnership to tackle law & disorder issues we share the ward surgery with the
  Police, who often hold thier own surgery on the same evening at the same venue.
  (privacy for visiting about councillor or police matters is assured though)

  Please note there is no ward surgery in December.

   Widnes Town Surgery.

  In addition to the monthly ward surgery, Phil also shares a surgery with other Widnes
  Labour Party councillors on a rotation basis at the Council's Direct Link offices, Brook
  Street, near Widnes market. These are held on a Saturday morning from 10.30am -
  11.30am.Please note these are not held on a Saturday before a bank holiday or in the
  month of August.

  Other Hough Green Councillors.

  Hough Green's two other ward councillors are; Kevan Wainwright & Paul Nolan.
  Like Phil they are members of the Labour Party. All three councillors grew up locally.
